It is right in the heart of Domodossola that we find the Il Bottaio apartment, a very bright 50sqm apartment even if located in one of the side streets of Piazza del Mercato because it is double exposed with balconies on both sides. Il Bottaio is located on the first floor of one of the oldest railing houses in the city: a building dating back to the 1940s, with only 3 floors and recently renovated while maintaining the charm of the past.
SPACE
The apartment is located in a very quiet building in the heart of the historic center of Domodossola and is ideal for short stays but, why not, also for slightly longer holidays. The entrance to the house takes place from the main balcony which overlooks the internal courtyard of the house but also the city's Piazza Mercato: perfect for an aperitif in total relaxation in the soft lights of the square or a good cup of coffee in the morning flooded by the aroma of brioches freshly baked by nearby bars and bakers. As soon as you enter the house, the living area opens up in front of you, consisting of a sitting room with sofa bed, study corner and TV and kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with an induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, electric moka, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. The bedroom is just behind the kitchen and is furnished with a double bed (2 squares), a large wardrobe and chest of drawers: it is very bright and also has a small usable balcony. The living area leads directly to the bathroom which has a window and is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, heated towel rail and washing machine. The apartment is completed by independent air conditioning and unlimited high-speed wifi.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area of the historic center of Domodossola, a few minutes from the international railway station, the Centovalli railway and the bus terminal.
Domodossola is the ideal starting point for reaching the Ossola Valleys and Lake Maggiore.
The ancient Piazza del Mercato overlooked by the apartment, with its fifteenth-century porticoes, manor houses with balconies and loggias, is the hub of city life: the colors and noises of the square change as the day goes by.
