The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient ringhiera house, accessible by stairs or elevator. Mantellini 2B is a studio apartment consisting of an open space with a living room and sofa bed, kitchen, complete private bathroom, and a low loft of 1.70m with a sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with a traditional stove, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, bidet, shower box, towel warmer, and washing machine. The apartment has two windows overlooking the inner courtyard of the ringhiera house.

The apartment is located within the pedestrian area of the historic center of Domodossola, a few minutes from the International Railway Station, the Centovalli Railway, and the bus terminal. Domodossola is the ideal starting point to reach the Ossola Valleys and Lake Maggiore. The ancient Piazza del Mercato, which the apartment overlooks, with its fifteenth-century arcades, manor houses with balconies, and loggias, is the hub of city life: the colors and sounds of the square change throughout the day.
