Reservations through our portal ensure guests the best available rates, without any booking fees.

All guests who book the structures of the TICHE HOTELS circuit are required to provide the data of the documents by inserting them autonomously through our portal.

The structures of the TICHE HOTELS circuit are managed in a professional manner and comply with current legislation.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 04:00 pm to 07:00 pm.
Early check-in (before 04:00pm is available upon request only and subject to availability.
Late check-in (after 07:00 pm) is available only on request, subject to availability and against a supplement of €20 and in any case never after 10:00 pm.

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.

PETS: not allowed

SMOKING: smoking is prohibited inside the apartments

ADDITIONAL LINEN: it is possible to request a change of linen (sheets and/or towels) by paying an additional cost of €5 per person per set of towels and €8 per set of sheets.

CLEANING: no cleaning is done during the stay. It is possible to request additional cleaning for a fee at an additional cost of € 30.00.

TOURIST TAX: if due, it is not included in the overnight rates shown on our site.
